I have a puppy! This has prompted me to take up the business of doing little pet portraits.

Each year some of the family make the pilgramage to the central west to get off the grid and camp. Its a wonderful slow week and I inevitably find myself some painting time.

A lovely gallery in regional Australia in the town of Orange NSW has a small selection of my work.

My little painting 'River Dog' won the traditional category in the annual Fairfield Art Prize

The Balmain Watch House is a beautiful venue in which to show in and I am grateful to be invited to hang again with a group of local artists, all women with children whom have formed a dynamic creative group.

Blackstone Gallery in Newcastle host the annual works on paper prize and I was thrilled to be selected again this year. It warranted a day trip in rainy weather up north, visiting family and the many art venues of Lake Macquarie and the region en route.

The annual Fishers Ghost Art Award at Campbeltown Arts Centre always presents a great collection of diverse work. So thrilled to be included again this year with my painting 'Fossicking'. Thankful the pandemic restrictions eased in time for the exhibition to go ahead.
