The Open Studio that I facilitate at the Leo Kelly Blacktown Art Centre was nominated for the IMAGinE awards which is a yearly award offered by Museums and Galleries NSW for initiatives from galleries, museums and aboriginal cultural centres across the state. This year’s awards are characterised by organisations going above and beyond to deliver their programs, connect with audiences and communities, and to ensure the sustainability of the sector.
