Back to Sofala under the wing of Amanda Penrose-Hart and in the great company of some fab women artist friends.  We worked hard en plein air and back in Amanda's fabulous studio. We headed west after the opening night of Amanda's solo show at King St Gallery in Sydney which was such a stunning exhbition and launching pad for our week to follow.  Good food, wine, music, banter and laughs had us inspired and making art which will ultimately culminate in a group exhbition later in the year.  I stayed on for an extra week bush camping down the road on the Turon river with my family during the school holidays.
