This work responds to the relationship between the sea and the soul presenting the vessel of a seashell, as an emissary of deep time and truth.  The ocean evokes a deep state whereby the body, mind and world intersect. The roar of the ocean and the universe of the mind, are contained within a shell and a skull, which mirror each other, and create a dialogue between inner and outer.
